What our AI knows about your trade.

Not a generic chatbot. Configured for lawyers from day one.

  • Case-type intake — captures matter type (PI, family, criminal, estate, business)
  • Conflict-check name capture — gets caller's full name, opposing party, related parties
  • Has-spoken-to-other-firms qualifier — flags shoppers vs. unrepresented prospects
  • Initial consultation booking — schedules paid or free intake on your calendar
  • "Is this attorney-client privileged?" — explains the intake call is not, never gives legal advice
  • Existing-client routing — captures matter number and routes urgent calls to the right paralegal

Legal — personal injury intake, after a car accident

A real-style transcript — caller on the left, your AI on the right.

Caller

Hi, I was hit by a car last week and I'm trying to find an attorney.

AI Receptionist

I'm sorry that happened. I can take some intake details and get you on the calendar with one of our PI attorneys. May I get your full name?

Caller

Renee Walker.

AI Receptionist

Thanks Renee. And the name of the other driver, if you have it?

Caller

It's on the police report — Marcus Bell.

AI Receptionist

Got it. To be clear — this intake call isn't legal advice, just gathering basics. Have you spoken to any other firms about this case?

Caller

I called one yesterday but they never called back.

AI Receptionist

Understood. Were you treated at a hospital or by a doctor after the accident?

Caller

Yes, I went to the ER and I'm seeing a chiropractor twice a week.

AI Receptionist

That's helpful. We do free initial consultations — I have Wednesday at 10 AM with Sarah Chen, or Friday at 3 PM. Either work?

Caller

Wednesday at 10 is good.

AI Receptionist

Booked. Sarah will call you Wednesday at 10. We'll run a conflict check overnight and email you a brief intake form. If we can't represent you we'll let you know first thing Wednesday.

Lawyers, this is your missed-call problem fixed

You’re in court, in a deposition, in a closing — places where your phone has to be off or on silent, and where a callback an hour later is a callback to a prospect who’s already retained the firm down the street. Legal intake is one of the most time-sensitive call types in any local business: about 60% of personal-injury and family-law leads retain whichever firm calls them back fastest.

A missed call in legal isn’t a missed $1,500 — it’s a missed contingency case worth tens of thousands, or a missed retainer, or a missed long-term business client. The math on capturing even a few extra leads per month dwarfs everything else in your overhead.

NoMissingLeads is an AI receptionist trained for law firm intake — it captures matter type, takes conflict-check names, asks if the caller has spoken to other firms, books the consult on your calendar, and never gives legal advice. Every call answered, every prospect qualified, every conflict caught before it walks into your office.

Questions, answered.

Will it accidentally give legal advice?
No. The AI is configured to gather intake facts only — it explicitly tells callers it can't give legal advice and that the intake call isn't privileged. If a caller asks a substantive legal question, it captures it and routes to an attorney.
How does conflict checking work?
The AI captures the caller's name, opposing party, and any related parties before booking. That information is in your inbox within seconds, so your conflict-check process can run before the consult — not during it.
Can it handle different practice areas in one firm?
Yes. During setup you define your practice areas (PI, family, criminal, estates, business) and the AI routes intake questions accordingly — different qualifying questions and different attorneys for each matter type.
What about existing client calls?
It asks if the caller is an existing client and, if so, the matter or file number. Urgent existing-client calls get routed to the assigned paralegal or attorney. Non-urgent ones get a callback window.
Does it work with our case management system?
Today it emails structured intake summaries that paste cleanly into Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or Filevine. Direct integrations are on the roadmap. Most firms use this as the 24/7 catch layer on top of their existing CMS.
