These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoMissingLeads ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
NoMissingLeads provides an AI receptionist that answers your business calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and emails you call summaries with secure recording links (full transcripts may be available in your dashboard). We also provide ad placement across our partner network of service marketplaces. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time, but we won't materially reduce what you've already paid for during a billing cycle.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts. One person per account — sharing logins is not permitted. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately through our Contact us page if you suspect unauthorized access.
The information you provide at signup must be accurate, and you agree to keep your business details current. Misrepresenting your identity, business, or the services you offer is grounds for immediate termination.
3. Subscription and billing
NoMissingLeads is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews on the same day each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file each cycle.
- Free trial. The Ads Only plan is free for the first 30 days. We start charging on day 31.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time, one click in your dashboard. Service runs through the end of the cycle you've already paid for, then stops.
- Refunds. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Price changes. If we raise prices, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Failed payments. If we can't charge your card, we'll email you and pause your service until billing is resolved. Your account isn't deleted — it's just paused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NoMissingLeads to:
- Promote illegal goods or services, or run scams.
- Send spam, robocalls, or otherwise abuse the call infrastructure.
- Misrepresent yourself as another person, business, or affiliated entity.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the service or its underlying systems.
- Resell the service to third parties without a written partnership agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You own the content you put into the service (ad copy, business descriptions, photos, the call audio your customers leave). By uploading it, you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to deliver the service. We may use de-identified, aggregated data (e.g., common questions across the plumbing trade) to improve the AI; we won't share your specific business data with competitors.
6. Liability and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep the service running, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome (lead volume, conversion rate, revenue) — those depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in ways that harm us or other users. On termination, we will retain your data for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll email you and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree to the changes, cancel your subscription before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our parent company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
