NoMissingLeads ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI receptionist service for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using NoMissingLeads, you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Your email address, password (hashed), name, and the business details you provide (business name, phone number, services, hours).
- Ad and campaign data. The contents of any ads you create on our network, including business descriptions, photos, and target categories.
- Call data. When the AI receptionist answers a call on your behalf, we capture the audio, a transcript, and a summary so we can deliver the lead to you and improve the service over time.
- Payment data. Card details are entered directly into Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. We do retain the Stripe customer ID, last-4 of the card, billing zip, and subscription status.
- Usage data. Standard web analytics (page views, referrers, device, browser, IP address) collected via Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
- To deliver the service. We process call audio so the AI can respond, generate transcripts (for quality and dashboard access), capture lead details, and email you a summary with a link to hear the recording.
- To improve the service. We may use de-identified call transcripts to refine our trade-specific AI prompts. We do not train third-party general-purpose models on your data.
- To bill you. Stripe processes recurring payments using the data you provided at checkout.
- To contact you. Account emails (receipts, billing reminders, security alerts) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data with the following sub-processors only as necessary to operate the service:
- Stripe — payment processing and the Customer Portal.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage analytics.
- Microsoft Azure — hosting infrastructure (US data centers).
- Twilio / OpenAI (or equivalent) — call routing and AI inference for the receptionist feature.
We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data ("right to be forgotten").
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation, after which we delete or anonymize it. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (session, CSRF, authentication) and Google Analytics cookies. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the service.
Children
NoMissingLeads is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access NoMissingLeads from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll email you and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use NoMissingLeads after a change means you accept the updated policy.
