When am I charged?
Ads Only is free for the first month, then $5/mo charged on day 31 and every month after. Pro and Premium are billed on the day you sign up and on the same day each month after that. We always email you 5 days before any charge.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you already paid for.
What if I exceed my call limit?
Pro includes ~40 AI-handled calls/mo and Premium includes ~190. Extra calls on either plan are billed at $0.95 each. We email you when you hit 80% of your limit so there are no surprises, and you can upgrade tiers anytime.
How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard. No retention calls, no contracts, no fees. Your service runs through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then stops cleanly.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual plans are coming Q3 2026 with a 2-month discount baked in. For now everything is month-to-month — which most customers prefer because there is no long-term commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. ACH is available on Premium for businesses that prefer bank transfer.
